The rates for the workouts depend on which schedule you choose. There are two schedules. The hourly Schedule and the monthly Schedule.

 

The hourly Schedule is as follows: Minimum 3 days a week for 12 weeks  and a minimum of 2 hours per day.

Monthly Schedule as as follows: The monthly schedule runs 5 to 6 days a week two or more hours each day. The monthly   schedule runs in three months blocks.  In order to see the results that are warranted time must be willing to put in the time. There are no shortcuts.      

The following is the breakdown of the kind of work that will done on each day:

Wednesday                    Max Effort Day (Bench Press)
